ScreenSonic360
The ScreenSonic ultrasonic gluing machine is the fastest solution on the market for processing all four edges of a textile screen.
The machine offers a revolutionary processing method in which all four sides of the textile can be processed on one machine by gradually rotating the fabric through 360°.
This leads to a significant increase in productivity of up to 80%.
RLS
The RLS "roll storage system" is a dynamic fabric roll storage system with automatic feeding via a fabric roll changer to the ScreenCut or AcrylCut ultrasonic cutting machines.
Storage and retrieval processes are carried out simultaneously via a separate storage and retrieval station.
The storage locations of the RLS are optimised to automatically store all typical rolls for textile sun shading in widths from 47" to 138".
ScreenCut
The ScreenCut revolutionises the cutting of fabrics.
The machine is characterised by simple, fast and precise processing of textiles.
The special design allows a significant increase in production capacity, as manual handling times are almost completely eliminated. A wide range of fabrics can be cut as it is possible to switch between ultrasonic and cold knives.
Cutsonic Pro
The CutSonic Pro table cutting machine is the perfect solution for getting started with automated awning cutting.
